    Delegates Manchin and Ireland move to amend the bill as follows:

    On page 3, section 3a, line 22 after the word “at” by striking out the words “ten thirty” and inserting in lieu thereof “eleven thirty”;

    AND

    On page 5, section 3b, line 17 after the word “at” by striking out the words “ten thirty” and inserting in lieu thereof “eleven thirty”.
